Black Friday, for e-tailers it is the biggest day that is planned for all year long. For Aaron’s, the pocket team was challenged with breaking through the black friday clutter, create awareness of Aaron’s offers and ultimately drive conversions. We accepted this challenging by developing an email campaign that was sent daily before and after black Friday. This eight day campaign consisted of a daily feature so that we could highlight key offers and keep messaging different from day to day. Our email campaign was consistently one of the top daily traffic drivers as well as achieving record setting conversion rates for ecommerce.
